What's the difference between semi-profile and the profile packages?
Semi-profile is a quick session (about 25 minutes including selection) where you receive one retouched photo on the same day. The profile packages (1–3 concepts) include a longer session, your own photo selection, 2–9 retouched photos, and all original files — the 2-concept package takes about 2 hours in total including preparation and the concept meeting. Framed prints are included with the 2- and 3-concept packages. See the booking page for current prices.
Is hair and makeup included?
Hair and makeup is not included by default. You can add it as an option while booking, or use one of our partner salons at a discounted rate. See the hair & makeup page for details.
When do I receive my retouched photos?
For semi-profile and ID photo sessions, you receive the retouched photo on the same day. For profile packages, choose the photos to retouch and send your requests from the button in your originals email (or Booking lookup → My photos); retouched photos are delivered on that same My photos page within 3 business days.
Do I get the original files?
Profile packages (1–3 concepts) include all original files. Between the shoot day and the next day we email you a link to your My photos page, where you can view and download them. For semi-profile and ID photo sessions, originals are available as a paid add-on. Originals are kept for up to 6 months from the shoot date.
