I'O Studio — Cancellation & Refund Policy

Schedule Change
- I'O: Moving earlier — unlimited. Postponing — only when no cancellation fee applies (10+ days before).
- WE'O: Moving earlier — unlimited. Postponing — once only, up to 30 days before.
Refund Process
- Cancel directly via booking lookup page (iostudio.kr/lookup)
- Refund amount auto-calculated based on cancellation timing
- Refund within 3-7 business days depending on payment method
If you booked via Naver, please cancel through Naver Booking.
Cancellation Due to Company
If the studio cannot provide the shoot, a full 100% refund is issued.
