Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the I'O Studio and WE'O Studio online booking service (the “Service”) operated by I'O Studio Sinsa (the “Company”).

Article 2 (Scope of the Service)

The Company provides the following:

• Booking and payment for profile photo sessions
• Package information and consultation
• Rescheduling and cancellation

Article 3 (Booking and Payment)

1. You may choose a date, time and package through the Service and pay online.
2. Payment methods include credit cards, Korean easy-pay wallets, overseas cards, PayPal and WeChat Pay.
3. A booking is confirmed only when payment completes. Until then the slot is not held, and 15 minutes after you start a booking the time becomes available to other guests again.

Article 4 (Changes and Cancellation)

Refund rates differ by brand. The schedule below is identical to the policy you agree to at checkout, and refunds are processed on exactly these terms.

• I'O — within 1 hour of payment: 100% refund (same-day bookings excluded)
• I'O — 10 or more days before the shoot: 100% refund
• I'O — 9 to 7 days before: 70% refund
• I'O — 6 to 3 days before: 50% refund
• I'O — within 2 days, and no-shows: no refund
• WE'O (deposit) — within 72 hours of payment: 100% refund
• WE'O (deposit) — after 72 hours and 30 or more days before the shoot: 50% refund
• WE'O (deposit) — within 30 days of the shoot, or if the booking has been rescheduled: no refund

Moving your booking to an earlier date is always allowed, regardless of the limits above. Hair & makeup amounts follow the I'O schedule for both brands.

Article 5 (Your Responsibilities)

• Provide accurate details when booking.
• Arrive at your booked time. Arriving more than 40 minutes late is treated as a no-show.
• Treat the studio and its equipment with care.

Article 6 (Our Responsibilities)

• We work to keep the Service running reliably.
• We protect your personal data in line with applicable law.
• We deliver the booked session in good faith.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 8 (Governing Jurisdiction)

Any dispute arising from these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the Company's registered address.
