• Required: name, email address, mobile number
• At payment: payment method details (handled by the payment provider — we never store card numbers)
• Collected automatically: IP address, cookies, service usage logs

2. Why we use it

• Taking, confirming, changing and cancelling bookings
• Processing payments and refunds
• Sending booking-related notices and reminders
• Responding to your enquiries

3. How long we keep it

• Booking records: kept 1 year after the service, then destroyed
• Payment records: kept 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law
• Enquiry records: kept 3 years

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

• Payment providers (Toss Payments and others) for processing payments
• Where required by law

5. Destruction

Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we destroy the data without delay.
